Compare Premium Parking Ltd ("Compare Premier Parking", "we", "us", or "our") operates an online platform that enables customers to compare and book airport parking services offered by third-party parking providers.
By making a booking through our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
02. Booking Services
- Compare Premier Parking acts as a booking intermediary between customers and independent airport parking providers.
- When a booking is confirmed, a contract for the parking service is formed between the customer and the selected parking provider. Compare Premier Parking is responsible for processing the booking and collecting payment, while the parking provider is responsible for delivering the parking service.
03. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when:
- - Full payment has been successfully received; and
- - A booking confirmation or voucher has been issued.
Customers must carefully review all booking details and notify us immediately if any information is incorrect.
04. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that:
- - Vehicle details are accurate.
- - Arrival and departure times are correct.
- - The vehicle is roadworthy, insured, taxed where legally required, and holds a valid MOT where applicable.
- - No illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items are left in the vehicle.
05. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel a booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
For eligible cancellations:
- - An administration fee of £15 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- - The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
- - Refunds are normally processed sooner but may take up to 7 business days to appear depending on the customer's bank or card issuer.
06. Amendments Policy
Customers may amend booking details free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Requests made within 48 hours of departure may be subject to charges imposed by the parking provider.
Any amendment fees charged by the parking provider will be communicated before changes are confirmed.
07. Service Provider Responsibilities
The parking provider is responsible for:
- - Delivery of the parking service;
- - Vehicle handling and storage;
- - Operational procedures;
- - Security measures at the parking facility;
- - Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Parking providers may move vehicles between secure operational facilities where necessary for operational or security purposes.
08. Liability
Compare Premier Parking is responsible for the accuracy of booking administration and payment processing.
Claims relating to:
- - Vehicle damage;
- - Vehicle theft;
- - Vehicle loss;
- - Delays caused by parking operations;
- - Service quality issues at the parking facility;
must first be raised with the parking provider responsible for delivering the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
09. Failure to Provide Service
If a parking provider is unable to provide a booked service, Compare Premier Parking will use reasonable efforts to:
- - Arrange an alternative provider; or
- - Provide an appropriate refund where required.
Each case will be reviewed individually.
10. Complaints
Customers should report any service-related issues as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, customers should retain:
- - Photographs;
- - Booking confirmations;
- - Receipts;
- - Correspondence relating to the issue.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
We do not store full debit card or credit card details on our systems.
Payment information is encrypted and processed in accordance with industry security standards.
Where Stripe is used as our payment processor, payments are securely processed through Stripe's PCI-comp
